Our goal is to maximize the value of Real Estate assets analyzing the owner's needs and adapting them to the market. We define the following phases:
Premarket, ad hoc consultancy
Before commerzializing the property, we perform a consulting custom-made to each type of service. This Real Estate consulting has the following points:
- Property defining: we take care to define the type of property and the marketing scheme for it.
- Market research: we study the direct and indirect supply and demand of the particular asset, analyzing both offices available in the area as main operations performed.
- Positioning: we perform an analysis of the most suitable commercial positioning for the product, establishing a marketing plan with the actions that we recommend to perform for each type of office.
- Conclusions: We report the findings of the previous work done with the aim of clarifying everything.
Assets commercialization
In this process, the following aspects are analyzed:
- SWOT analysis: we study the weaknesses, threats, strengths and opportunities of the product depending on the market situation.
- Recommendation of trade policy to be carried out, differentiating whether if it is for sale or rental office.
- Sales and marketing plan: Contains different tools and actions to be taken to attract quality customers to achieve the deadlines previously agreed with the Property.
- Customer search: carrying out with sales and marketing plan actively identifies potential customers for each type of office.
